There’s a podcast out there for everyone.
No matter the industry or field you’re in, you’ll find plenty of content to fill the gaps in learning and open your eyes to new ideas and angles.
To kick off 2022 (and while we’re all feeling somewhat motivated to learn new things) I’ve devised a list of 6 must-listen podcasts aimed at business owners and entrepreneurs.
In this collection, the topics range from marketing to motivational and are hosted by some of the best in the business.
1. StartUp

StartUp is a podcast series hosted by Alex Blumberg, founder of Gimlet Media. The show is all about what it’s really like to start your own business and live a day in the life of an entrepreneur.
It’s documentary style format was adapted into a TV called Alex, Inc (featuring Zach Braff) and aired on ABC.

2. Smart Passive Income

Pat Flynn shares all of his savvy tips and tricks on how to successfully run your online business and blog.
As the title suggests, Smart Passive Income details practical ways to grow passive income streams so that you can enjoy life with more flexibility and less financial burdens.
The show also features guest appearances from the brightest minds in the biz.

3. HBR IdeaCast

Harvard Business Review is a weekly podcast delving into the nitty gritty of business and management.
Senior editors Alison Beard and Curt Nickisch interview guests across a myriad of subjects like leadership and career development or wider discussions about global affairs and how they impacts the world around us.

4. Entrepreneurs on Fire

Entrepreneurs on Fire is an award-winning podcast hosted by John Lee Dumas.
The show is about helping fellow inspiring entrepreneurs find their way to financial freedom using JLD’s strategy framework.
To date, he’s interviewed over 3000 guests over the show’s 9 year journey.

5. The Tim Ferris Show

Tim Ferris is probably best-known as the author of several best-selling books, namely “The 4-Hour Workweek“.
Tim’s book success has crossed over to podcasts with a show that currently sits at over 700 million downloads and multiple awards.
Here’s how he explains the show – “Each episode, I deconstruct world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, sports, business, art, etc.) to extract the tactics, tools, and routines you can use. This includes favorite books, morning routines, exercise habits, time-management tricks, and much more.”

6. The Gary Vee Audio Experience

Gary Vaynerchuck, better known as Gary Vee is a serial entrepreneur and investor.
Vee is gifted with having a radar for the next big thing and predicting future market trends.
He’s also a huge advocate for self-growth and motivation, delivering powerful keynote speeches and featuring on dozens of radio/ podcast shows, a few of them are in this list.
